Ocrevus and avoiding infections

I had my first half dose of Ocrevus yesterday. I’ve got to plan the next few months at work and I’ve been asked to go to a big team meeting and a conference both of which would involve train journeys. I’m curious to know what other people are doing to mitigate the risk of catching flu/Covid/colds in these situations. Am I just being paranoid or should I just get on with it and take my chances? Olaf
