Left side numbness from shoulder down and diagnosed MS after MRI as I had optical neuritus 15 plus years ago. MRI shows new lesion and now a spine lesion. Had 5 day of steroids but I’m so so tired and struggling lady few days. I have to wait 4-6 month before I start treatment just the way waiting times are. How do you cope daily with the tiredness ? My mood is getting so low.

How long ago did you have the course of steroids? This can make you more tired than usual.
Dealing with the tiredness/fatigue is tricky - developing a plan for pacing yourself, figuring out when you are most tired can help determine when you do stuff, and for how long.
If you are near an MS Centre that offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy, that might be something you could try.
I finished them 2 weeks ago. Thanks for your reply I will look into the oxygen chamber as I have an appointment at Ms centre soon. I’m going to return to work reduced hours hopefully having a routine will help.
High dose steroids are very effective and are life-savers, but they are really heavy-duty systemic drugs and can knock a person for six all by themselves. They take some recovering from too. I hope you start to feel stronger and more yourself soon.
