I went to a&e last week to try and get some methyl-pred but got told because its only sensational and not psyical they cant give me i.v methyl pred… getting numbness in my right arm but getting muscle spasm’s in my right leg and cant walk as much anymore as it is what can i take for this or do i have to rollover and deal with it?

What you really need to do is make an appointment with your gp and discuss your symptoms.
You may benefit from medication and physiotherapist referral.

I spoke to my ms nurse today and she tryed telling me “its all in my head” but its not… my right hand is numb and my leg is having lots of muscle ache and spasms
I am really surprised the MS nurse responded this way. Make an apointment with your gp and discuss things, like my previous suggestion. Perhaps you should be asking for a referral to see your neuro.

My nurse suggested gabapentin when I was having problems with stiffness and spasticity in my legs. She also suggested printing off information from the MS Society or MS Trust about symptoms and medication and taking it along to my GP surgery as they sometimes don’t know very much about MS so I have to educate them a bit 
I agree with Blossom, your nurse doesn’t sound very helpful
