Hi, I have heard of this and have just googled it to learn more. There is a lot to read and see how the system works.
I dont know anyone who has this. it is funded by the NHS rather than the local council, in the way my care is funded ie Direct Payments.
It sounds long winded, but if someone is in urgent need, the process is fast tracked.
