Hi, my name is Rob I am 56, I have been diagnosed with MOGAD, my first attack was in 2017. I was blind for 4/5 weeks, 2 relapses 2018, 1 replace 2019, 2 relapses 2020. Fine till 2023 had 2 relapses in the last half of 2023. 2024 hasn’t been a great start, diagnosed with FND. Had 4 failed spinal fusions L3-S1, Chronic pain Syndrome, nerve and spinal cord damage.
Taking one minute, hour, day at a time. No control on how my day starts or finishes. The pain, fatigue is destroying. I also had a good cry today, it gets too much to deal with.
