Okay i over done it 1 days riding followed by 1 day riding 1st to my therapist & then an afnoon with some walking (resulting in 3 more nabd charity donation box locations , so worth the pain today ) then onto my blood bikes induction followed with a walk around Treliske hospital learning pickup & drop off depts , just wondering does anyone else get severe nausea with their ms, ive been on domperidone since mid 90’s 3 every day , just wondering if this is a common part for us
I know that you would like to beat MS but my 20 odd years experience tells me that it’s just not possible. I have found that if I do less I can do more! I give in to fatigue – rest and sleep as required and find that in the long run I can do more things.
Nausea is a big feature of my fatigue. If I push myself I get trembly and feel incredible sick Since I don’t like feeling sick I have tailored my activity levels to make sure it doesn’t happen.
Ah it seems common then took me 2 days to recover this time , this was also my 1st sympton that i remember though my medical folks say its the depression/ptsd that started 1st , yep no problem wendrel im definately still in the learning curve of when enough is enough , i think its hard when your having a good day as i find i just wanna go and go and stay out of the bed or sofa and do as much as i can and i need to find the balance of when to say okay that will do for today and get the balance right.
Thats awful choc that geting dressed can set it off , mine just comes on out of the blue without warning again im in the learning stages so i think as time goes on i will learn the triggers , but youd think after 14yrs of it id know by now , im gonna give the bands a try Domperidone for me works really well 10mg but it was only last year i discovered that long term use is not a good idea (so my pharmasist said) so a bit late as was put on them in 94
