Mystery saliva symptoms

So to be honest I have not been diagnosed with MS.
I did have a doctor in 2012 who took my concerns of MS seriously and made me an appointment to see a neurologist who subsequently made me an appointment for an MRI.
However a whole host of life problems occurred and that MRI never happened.
Nearly 10 years on and after a lot of battling I at long last have another appointment to see a neurologist.
So looking back I have been having symptoms since age 24 and am now 61. My current diagnosis is CFS.
Symptoms are many and varied and I’m not going to go into them in this post. However there is one symptom which I find constantly distressing and cannot get any answers to. I wonder if any one else here has any answers please.
Suddenly, one evening in 2014 I started to get a very heavy flow of saliva. I was constantly swallowing and sometimes it made it difficult for me to talk. This hasn’t stopped since then. Some days are a little less problematic but it’s never stopped.
Along with this goes left sided face ache, ache in my neck, ache in my eyes and very often a painful ear and very sore spot in my jaw also all on the left side. Over the last few months the aching has also become a constant feature in the top of my chest too.
A dentist suggested that this may not be excess saliva but rather difficulty swallowing. I do very occasionally have difficulty swallowing food and sometimes just swallowing in general which is very frightening.
It’s hard to describe how difficult this is to cope with and it’s now making me very depressed.
I have visited a maxillary surgeon who said there was some inflammation in the salivary glands but nothing major.
ENT exams also show a little inflammation in the sinuses but nothing major.
I have had treatment for gastric reflux which I was pretty sure I didn’t have but tried the treatment anyway just in case that was the cause of the problem. It didn’t make any difference.
I have heart my heart tested several times and it is perfectly healthy.
Does this resonate with anyone. Is it an undisscussed or rare MS symptom?
If anyone else has it how do you relieve it?
Pain killers, anti histamine, decongestant and even diazepam have all failed to relieve it.
I would be extremely grateful for your feed back.
Thank you in advance.
