Hi all Finding it all a bit much today, 1st day back at work after a wks hols so been on my feet a long time 
my poor left foot is burning now n keeps cramping up And don’t even get me started on back spasms Sorry for moaning I know that’s nout compared to some folks "/ can any1 advise me on any kind of help I could ask my GP for ( still awaiting Neuro app, not dx yet) Many thanks

I can’t really help (still not got any meds myself - though hopefully tomorrow I should get a prescription for pregabalin, though that came via my neuro), but I just wanted to sympathise. I also had my first day back at work today after the week holiday and found it really difficult, worse even than I think I was at the end of last term.

For the back and arm spasms I was given Propranalol 10mg, and for the pain I am on Tramadol 200mg per day, and Carbamazapine 800mg per day (this one I started on 200mg per day and it has gradually been increased), I also have Amiltritylene I take at night - 50mg - although I started at 25mg. Hoping that helps as I am not dx either - although I have seen a neurologist a couple of times so far.
