MS pain / ache.

I have always heard about pain in MS but have been lucky enough to only experience pain very rarely. I have PPMS and recently I have realised I have pain all the time. Not what you would normally call pain I suppose, but I just feel like I’ve been beaten up - All over. Ache all over. That’s how I start my day, eyes open, sit up, and I just want to roll back over sometimes.
Is this an unusual feeling? Does anyone else get the same feeling? Thx

I think it’s pretty normal. i don’t get “pain”, either. Mine is either like you’ve described or a mild ache here and there or the occasional stabbing pain that goes away quickly.

If I push myself too hard or am going through a relapse, it’s worse, of course, but most of the time I don’t even notice it any more.

The best I can suggest is to just treat the symptoms as best you can in whatever way makes your life better. I’m lucky enough that I can go back to bed 15 minutes after I get up if that’s what I want to do. Sometimes that extra bit of lie-down makes a big difference.
