About a year ago i noticed my thighs were numb and I had periods were it felt like someone had pulled the plug on me my energy was gone could not function. Also sever pain in my right side of face felt like my jaw was exploding would last for 3 or so minutes and go away didn’t happen often until about 4 months ago it lasted for 4 days in three min increments stop for a min and hit again.fourth day went away that Wednesday I went to work was having pain in my left eye and could hardly see out of it. And when I went to speak I knew the word I wanted to say I just couldn’t I guess catch it. I went to bed that night and my left arm and hand started shaking since then it hasn’t stopped I have weakness like I worked out hard and woke up the next day in my arm and legs. My dr sent me to neuro and did mri found a couple lesions about 2 weeks later i just did a spinal waiting for results. But my neuro says ms doesn’t cause shaking and he thinks it in my head and im stressed. Oh and the lesions are probably from my smoking. Ive been so mad I know its not in my head i just want someone to tell me what the hell is wrong with me so I can have some kind of control back in my life.
Hi, I think your neuro isnt in the real MS world…yes it does cause shaking! And as for saying its all in your head…grrr…that angers me!
Can you find another neuro who knows what hes talking about?
Your symptoms could be down to a number of things…but defo not in your head I reckon.

The fact that you have lesions means that you do have a bit of brain damage. It may not be MS causing the lesions, it could be a number of things, including smoking. Hang on in there until you get your spinal test results. That may make things clearer.
Seeing his partner monday to get my results for spinal but have questions the person who posted about explaining mris. If lessions are bright white they are active and what does active mean. Mine were bright white on my mri . And am going to ask where in the brain they are located. I know that the muscle twitching and shaking has been non stop for about a month and if I walk my dog or trying to lift for a bit my muscles feel so sore and weak .Which is not like me at all im very active and work 50 to 60 hrs a week as well as go to school.Im now out of work and school is hanging in there with me but it seems harder and harder to concentrate.I just want an answer so I can i dont know make a plan get some kind of control back in my life
