I have had the following twice in the past month but can figure out if it’s the dreaded ‘hug’. It’s a crushing spasm that starts in my lower back, the moves to my front and up to my ribs. It’s an unbearable pain, makes me hot and I feel sick. Lasts about 3-5 minutes. Based on experiences, does it sound like the hug?
