Ms hug

Can I ask the ms hug does it go right around the body or do it stay around the front .as I have a very tight feeling around the top of my rib cage like I tight band .im also so stiff in the day if I sit down I find myself sitting like I’m made of stone. Like if my foot is on the floor I find myself pushing it into the carpet without knowing I’m doing it until I cramp up. I sometimes sit like I’m holding a cup of tea when I’m not. I hope I make sence. The whole of my body just goes stiff.and unless I move it gets worse. But lately I can’t seem to relax my body at all.
