New to forum. Diagnosed 12 years ago with RRMS. Lucky to have mild symptoms which haven’t really worsened apart from fatigue and brain fog. These can be horrible despite doing what I can to live at a slower less stressful pace. I still work. Q is this: how regularly should I have an MRI? Only ever had one 12 years ago. No idea about progress of MS in me.

Are you still in the system, are you on DMTs or were you diagnosed and then left with no follow up support? I presume the latter.
If you are out of the system I’d suggest you talk to your GP about your wish to have follow-up MRI. 12 years is a very long time. It may be that you are one of the lucky ones where there is very little progression, but it would be good to have that confirmed by an MRI scan.
