Moving to Northern Spain - OCREVUS

Hi I am looking at the possibility of moving to Northern Spain maybe next year.I have been in touch with numerous organisations trying to get information on whether I will be able to continue with my ocrevus treatment established in 2019 in the uk, in GIRONA, Spain.
For background. My husband and I have had a property in Spain since 2004. We have Residencia and are now considering moving our whole status from the Uk to Spain. I have esclerosis multiple diagnosed in 2015. I have a large lesion on my cervical spine covering 2/3 vertebrae which affects the use of my arms and legs, balance, vertigo but also speech problems, interna tremor’s. In the uk I have an infusion of Ocrelizumab twice yearly. Could anybody tell me if I could receive this treatment if I moved to spain total. I have paid tax on any earnings in spain [rental of villa through summer months] since 2010. I need help negotiating all of this side of things. Is there an organisation that anyone knows of that could assist me?Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Im sorry I cant answer your question but I would recommend considering the effects of the hotter climate on your MS symptoms.

Hi,
You’ve probably tried some of these things, but…
This seems to be the neurology department of Girona Hospital
https://www.icsgirona.cat/ca/contingut/hospital/217
Here is the website of a research centre, a bit further off (Barcelona) - but they seem to specialise in MS clinical trials, so may be of interest:
https://www.cem-cat.org/en
There is also a national Spanish MS society:
https://aedem.org/contacto/
I know Spain is federal but they might be a good starting point for questions about treatment options. I lived in Spain before I had MS. My impressions were that the healthcare system was reliable. There are also lots of good videos about MS research produced in Spain, on youtube.
