Molecular hydrogen

Had anybody had any experience with molecular hydrogen/ hydrogen rich water to help them with their MS.?

I’ve heard/read that it can help with the oxidative stress and can even get through the blood brain barrier to help recover the brain quicker.

Not me and I hadn’t heard of it until reading your post. Will look into it with interest

This sounds extremely dodgy to me. How can you have hydrogen rich water? It’s only H2O after all.

Googling it I see that the Hydrogen is infused, a bit like a carbonated drink. I still would put this into the category of ‘snake-oil’ though.

Not at all, hydrogen rich water is water that is put through an ionisation procedure that adds molecular hydrogen to the water, making the smallest antioxidant known to man so it can pass through more barriers than regular water, meaning better hydration and more useful for decreasing oxidative stress. I’ve looked at loads of scientific studies. I just wondered if anyone had any experience with it

I had never heard of it and like you thought it sounded a bit weird but there is such a thing and there is some research into its benefits- so far nothing conclusive one way or another
