Not wanting to hijack thread below but does Mitoxantrone work in PPMS? Thanks.

Unfortunately it’s only prescribed for people with relapsing / remitting MS Stevie.

Thanks Anu. I was offered this when I was first dx but didn’t like the sound of it. (Im PPMS)

It is prescribed for SPMS as well as aggressive RRMS so it might work in PPMS. Why not ask your neuro?

Hi Anu,I think we both ‘belong’ to the Evil Empire of Walton,and I was given Mitox wnen I was bumped up to SPMS five years ago.Have they moved the goalposts?
