Missed my Avonex shot last night (had a tummy bug and just couldn’t think straight).
The leaflet says to take the shot today instead, which I will do, but also to then stick to this as the new day. Damn. I had a good routine going, and don’t really want to rearrange my life around Thursday being shot day! 
I’m waiting for a call back from the MS nurse to advise if this will really be necessary, or if I can go back to Wednesdays from next week - but wondered if any of you had experience to share?
