You are not alone now you’ve found the forum. We’re like a big family, fair enough some of us squabble from time to time, but that’s like all families. And of course, we do have a few things in common - MS being just one of them.
We do try to support each other, through the bad times and the good. I’m sure you will pick up how the Forum works quickly enough.
It’s so unfair, suffering the symptoms of MS for so many years and only recently being diagnosed. But then again, there were no treatments for MS 30 years ago. Disease Modifying Drugs (DMDs) were only prescribed from 2002 and then it was just four drugs and for the relapsing remitting variant of MS only. Sadly this is still true today, only the relapsing remitting MSers have any DMDs available to them (Secondary and Primary Progressive MS still have no access to any DMDs), but now there are 13 drugs licensed and available for RRMS.
Do you know which variety of MS you’ve been diagnosed with? It is quite unusual being diagnosed at the age of over 70, so I imagine you have had MS for quite some years.

Today I was trying to play 10 pin bowling with Wii but found I couldn’t coordinate pressing buttons and moving my arms. This was frustrating! Also when knitting I keep splitting and losing stitches. I have knitted since I was 4. I am wondering if this is physical or mental. Either way it is very disappointing. I wonder, is there anything I can do about it?
Hi , can I change the day of injection to a Thursday instead of a friday , so taking it today instead of tomorrow?

I’ve met some really cool people here and I also have two friends from China XD you can’t imagine what a thrilling life these people lead. We humans never believed, although we grow and develop thousands of miles away, we face the same problems and we have the same interests. Although most of them are strangers, I feel some people like brothers from another mother LOL
