Hi everyone I got to turkey! Yay, but I’m definitely noticing my symptoms. I am not baking in the sun (quite to the contrary as I’m currently in aircon). Has anyone noticed they steroids keep them awake at night- this is the 5th night running I have been unable to sleep? Xx

So glad you were able to get away after all
Steroids can make some people a little hyperactive I believe - we give them to our patients to help with their appetite too so don’t worry if you start to feel ravinous (? spelling).

Thanks Alison- yes I have noticed I’m eating a bit more. Not great!! The dosage of steroid drops today from x12 tablets to x6 so I am hoping I might be able to sleep better. Xx
