has anyone else had trouble with their ligaments, i have got bad pain in my left ankle , the ligaments are very inflamed and the pain is unbelivable, i don’t remember twisting or falling over on it

i am having bad pain in my achilles tendon and have been doing for months.havent been to drs over it,maybe i should though.
I would definitely see a physio about achilles tendon pain, because the consequences of a rupture don’t bear thinking about. Applying ice can help reduce inflammation and a heel pad will reduce stress, but doubt it will go away on its own.
