is it the sleep

May be a silly question but basically ive been having a relapse for about 4 weeks a few times this week ive picked up and felt almost better then ill habe a nap amd wake up worse than before like yesterday i picked up had a hours nap before picking my daughter up from nursery when i woke up half my face was numb my balance was off and felt very unwell again which lasted all night then this morning i got up and felt like death again felt better again about lunchtime have been fine since even did all the housework now i need a nap my daughters going to mums today so not gotta pick her up so can habe s nice sleep any money ill wake up like death again is it the sleep csusing this i keep being hopeful this relapse is ending them back to square 1 i just want this relapse to stop so i can be a normal happy healthy person again until my next relapse which hopefully wont happen for a long time again e

Hi, I am guessing that maybe your relapse is a bit off ending yet. I reckon you need the sleep…but it`s a chuff when you wake up worse off, especially with a wee one to look after.

Yes the ms nurse said betweem 6 and 12 weeks i guess im hoping it will ne sooner i need to be better before baby comes its less tham 5 weeks x

oooeerrrr…get all the rest you can and remember, always accept help when it is offered…we are not superwomen (although it sometimes feels like we need to be)
