I have done way too much chocolate, wotsit sandwiches and pizzas. Need will power and organisation. Or someone to look after me but at this weight with the added attraction of ms I don’t think they’ll do it for love. Lol

Here’s a really really quick meal, and very tasty and nutritious. Serves 1.
If you have any cooked pasta left over, all the better, otherwise boil 4oz dried pasta.
Microwave two fresh chopped tomatoes in a bowl for 2-3 minutes or until they’re mushy.
Put the already-boiled pasta on top of them, and on top of that a good slab of your favourite cheese. I use gorgonzola because I like its strong flavour.
Microwave the whole lot for another minute and a half or until the cheese has melted fully.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, stir and eat!

It’s important to put as many chilled food items in the freezer as possible (e.g. ready made meals), as most chilled food can be frozen ad it will last for a few weeks past it’s sell by date, if not a few months. Even chilled milk and yogurt can be frozen but it won’t quite taste the same when it defrosts. As for my bank account, EVERYONE should have at least two accounts…
As for my last comment about bank accounts, I should explain myself - don’t have all your money in one bank account, have at least two as I was a victim of my debit card being cloned in May 2012.
