How many/often are MS patients allowed to be prescribed Viagra on the NHS?

Hi,

I saw my Urologist about my ED, who wrote a letter recommending 50mg Viagra to my GP.

After seeing my GP he said they can prescribe 4x 50mg viagra a month, but i thought i read you were allowed 3x tablets a week as an MS sufferer

So does any MS patients here get Viagra on the NHS, what strength, how many per month are you allowed?

does it depend on the surgery or are you allowed more than 4 50mg tabletsper month?

Hi Mike, i get 8 x 100mg per month on a repeat prescription, John

My Doc told me that the NHS allowed ms patients sex once a week, so he prescribes fou4 100 mg monthly, which he told me to cut in half, therefore 8 x 50 mg. If only my wife was as enthusiastic as my Doc.

Roll on Saturday night and drop the ‘Big V’. Once a week whether you need it or not. Wonder how many aspirins each week to get rid of headaches?

Tadalfil or known as cialis is the better than Viagra. This does not require a set time unlike Viagra. As everyone knows Sexual intercource is very hard to plan. As MS can be unpredtiable. Ask your urologist about getting changed to cialis. It’s more expensive, as its a once a day tablet for me. It helps having not to plan and been more spontaneous. Maybe I get it also because of a BNI operation. Thankful for a great urologist. BE
