Hello! As other people have said, there’s usually someone here who will know what you’re going through, and we’re all still here and we’re all muddling through as best we can… in a disease like this where two people with technically the same affliction are unlikely to present the same, it helps to have a wide range of experiences on offer. And there’s no such thing as a stupid question…!
