Has the clock going back caused you issues?

Morning guys, well yesterday was one of my worse days ever. The clock going back not only affected my routine but the animals too who were confused. Why oh why MUST we do this every year back and forward.

I could barely function all day if the place got on fire i would have just let it lol.

I had a numb toe, awful spams in thigh and fatigue i never had so bad before, and was asleep by 6pm until 8pm to let the dog out for her business. another weird and crazy night. PLEASE leave the clocks alone.

Oh and have a good day I hope it isnt raining where you are. x

Sorry to hear that CC, can’t say it made any difference to me tbh. Although at 3yrs post RRMS diagnosis I’m still a relative newbie. Hope you have a better day today.
Retro.

Yes it does seem a real pain for some of us.
I have an automatic pivotal machine for my meds. It doesn’t know about time changes and is going off at 7am instead of 8am. So my day starts earlier. Tomorrow I get my pivotal refilled, so it will be normal again!
Boods xx

It always causes me issues! I hate it. Hate the dark afternoons and evenings. I’m one of those who gets SAD (seasonally affective disorder), so loss of an hour’s daylight in the afternoon really does make it worse. I’m a night owl, not a morning person too, which doesn’t help.

The last few years I’ve rebelled and kept my clocks, watches etc on summer time, and ignore it as much as possible, and my life runs just an hour ahead of other people! I can do that without much of a problem as I live alone, and don’t have many visitors. With flexi working it didn’t cause any problems either, as I was just at work earlier and left earlier, and it keeps my brain sharper when making appointments with others, as I have to mentally adjust. I had a long commute and for me it feels much more dangerous driving in the dark all the way home after a long day’s work, rather than driving in the dark in the morning as it gets lighter, and having some daylight on the drive home.
