Gluten Free

I have a flexible silicone baking sheet, I roll the pastry out on that then lift the sheet over the dish I want the pastry in - It’s so hard to handle! I made the pecan pie from the LEON cookbook and it was delicious, it didn’t taste GF :slight_smile:

Once I tried the silicon sheet for that it’s never been in the over since, it’s great for rolling out anything that needs a little more care like marzipan
