I started on Gilenya ( Fingolomod ) on 6th February and given all clear to take capsule every day.
I am curious as to What, Why, When, Where, Who???
Please tell me.

Hi Survivor I’m not quite sure what it is you are asking for but can tell you that I have been on it for 3 months with absolutely no side effects. I had my eyes checked for macular oedema this week and that was all clear too. I love the simplicity of popping a pill each day instead of self injecting three times a week and no news is good news in that there are no signs of a relapse and I can concentrate on recovering from last year’s. I have my feb date for Gilenya screening then weeks after that I start, My neuro bod did say alot of people had sickness and diarrhea not the heart issue so much. He also said another pill has just been licensed and I could take but NICE is not showing that pill yet on the website so not sure if he got confused with Tecfidera being licensed by Europe.
I was reading alot of what people was saying on the Facebook Fingolomod group and alot had some very good results even MS rollback and things coming alive again.

I’ve been on gilenya for about 8 months now and feel better than before… I was on Rebif, but had relapse after relapse, horrendous. Good luck x
