From teacher to parent.

Hello.

The blogs keep pouring from my right hand. My left hand is not good but at least it was some help in the kitchen.

My latest if you wish to read it.

More kitchen heroics or how to butcher a chicken with one hand. – mcchrystaleyes

Nice one Steve. Might I suggest a non slip mat for under your chopping board? If makes life a little safer and I worry about your fingers.

How strange. That was not the article I intended to show. Oh how the brain fog sends us into the cloudy world of uncertainty. I mentioned my daughter so the title has some relevance but I meant to publish this:

I know realise, I hadn’t published it at all. Until now that is.

Best wishes, Steve.

You write so well, it takes us right into the school with you and the children seem so brilliantly childlike, a complete mixture of pride, embarrassment and interest. Keep them coming.

hi steve

i was a nursery teacher once upon a time too.

i miss it like mad but couldn’t cope with it now.

i’m sure that rose will do well and her innate happiness and charm (she gets it from you) will see her through.
