Anyone else had this appear on their iPad? My iPad isn’t the newest, but it’s not that old. For instance my bank is perfectly happy with it for online banking.

I’ve had issues like that in the past before I upgraded my iPad. Please check to see if your iPad requires any updates, and make sure you’re running an updated version of your browser. You could try a different browser but If this still happens it may mean you need to update your iPad for a newer generation iPad. Sorry I can’t be more helpful to you.

Thank you. Yes, the software is up-to-date. It just surprises me because Lloyds Bank is evidently satisfied that my iPad is modern enough to cope with the weapons-grade security requirements of online banking. But not the MS Society forum apparently. Just how secure do my messages about how my bowels are functioning need to be?

Hi Alison, I’ve had a look and you could try what it says on the attachment. It may work, but unfortunately some sites have higher security and when web browsers become outdated they can’t keep up. 
it works otherwise it’s the expensive of a new iPad, or you could try a different browser option. Good luck.
