For those in limbo/struggling to cope with uncertainty

Hi all

I wanted to do something positive and thought I’d share a great resource I was given as part of my CBT which has/is really helping me cope with the uncertainty of what is happening health-wise to me.

I’ve been practising this every day for the last 2 weeks and I feel much more relaxed and accepting of my symptoms and where I am; perhaps it might help others too.
