Hi Yes I kept falling a sleep this afternoon at my desk so decided to do 15 mins exercise, it worked as I feel re-energised.
Hi. Iâm not sure I mentioned that I am given modafinil in part due to the fact that I take Duloxetine as a pain killer after stopping pregabalin, Duloxetine litterely knocks me out 3 or 4 times a day without having modafinil. Anyone else have similar issue with Duloxetine? Peace.

December 2016. Been sold 5 months on modafinil and armodafinil now and still itâs been the best thing I ever have taken, itâs purpose to prevent my constant sense of brain fog and tiredness that made me switch from wake to sleep in a split second has been great and still serves exactly that purpose.
Also and most surprising is the way itâs altered my ability to function at better cognitive levels, I changed jobs 2 months ago by approaching an employer who wasnât advertising but I must have looked like good value because I now actually have my dream job! It sounds like a fairy tale but itâs true, I can hold on to my ideas and make them reality with confidence and flow.
Anyway, I have stopped my COPAXONE injection now too which is likely to get some reactions ut I had to try it, my diet is entirely different from six months ago too. I eat a tonne of fruit every day now and suddenly I can feel bad foods like bread which wipes me out, I never dreamed I would be doing all thisâŚ
The future is now and I just hope all this remains, Iâm fearful of a relapse as it will crush me but Iâm going to keep going and face whatever comes my wayâŚ
