Fatigue, how does yours affect you?

I have noticed that at around 1pm to 2pm everyday I start to feel very tired, no energy, heavy eyelids, could easily go back to bed and sleep.

Is it normal for fatigue to hit around the same time everyday?

I don’t know if it’s normal but I experience the same fatigue at approx 2-3pm each day! I used to fight it but recently have given in to it and had a snooze, feel better for doing this. Do you get the chance to do the same?

About 3pm was about the time i used to slump at my desk at work. I always thought it strange,

The fatigue is less regular now

I’m the same as Thesheriff, 3pm - hit with fatigue, heavy arms etc - but I’d bounce back an hour or two later.

Hi,

Fatigue plays a major part in ms and always around 2.30 - 3.00 I have to have a sleep or I just can’t keep going. My neuro told me 30 minutes should be enough to revive me but I take a hour, it works for me. So I stick with it.

Also seems my symptoms- heavy legs, numbness and tingling is also worse int he evening or when tired? anyone else the same?

One little tip that might help… eat a banana at that time when fatigue hits.

bethrr, I have noticed that my symptoms are generally worse when I’m tired - my balance (or lack of) is particularly noticeable, but also the tingling in my hands gets worse.

PatB, that sounds like a useful tip for those of us who can’t easily take a nap during the day!
