I have one. They are expensive but it helps me. It will stop if I have a spasm and if I do not have the energy to cycle the motor will keep my legs moving.

I just wounded if it would be helpful for anyone else.
It did help at the time.
It’s just gathering dust.
Expensive to be just sitting here when someone else could benefit

I used to own an exercise bike but I had a very unfortunate incident on the 24th of june last year… I was watching love island as I was peddling on my exercise bike. I was trying to pick up the pace so I started peddling harder. In the end I was peddling so fast that I couldn’t stop. Good heavens, it was terrifying to say the least. I ended up falling sideways and having to shout my husband Gerald to help me up.
I would recommend to anyone who is going to be using an exercise bike soon to proceed with caution!
