Dry beriberi is caused by thiamine deficiency. l am taking a high dose thiamine B1 - supplement along with B7 Biotin.
l posted about this some weeks ago. PWMS seem not to be able to absorb many of the vits/minerals that we need.
l have pure powder thiamine which l got from Bulk Supplements along with my Biotin.
just started both 100mg x2 day.

l am now taking 500mg of Thiamine in the morning to boost my energy levels.
