Don’t actually know if I have MS

Good evening
I joined a while ago but this is my first post.
I am 64 and for 20+ years I have had sarcoidosis. I’ve also been diagnosed as Type 2 Diabetes a few months ago.
The thing is, I have symptoms that probably could be explained as Sarcoid but I’m not sure as a friend suggested MS to me. I mentioned it to the GP and she said it was unlikely I would have both.
Some symptoms are double vision probably a couple of times a week and eye pain about the same. I’ve recently had bladder problems in that I leak and have to go often.
Tiredness is extreme but I did always get that with sarcoid.
Now I have become a bit worried because I can’t think of words in time when speaking. The other day we were in a pub having a meal and
my husband went to go to the loo so I told him to ask for the bill on the way but I actually said wheelbarrow instead of bill. He didn’t hear me but I was aware that it’s happening more often. Most times though I just cannot think of the word to verbalise even though I know what word I mean.
Other things are that I feel that my insides are trembling and unsettled.
Does anyone think any of these could be MS related?
Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Hi Sunnie, the short answer to your question is that I don’t know. I sometimes think that my ‘cognitive’/ mental abilities are deteriorating and I do sometimes have slight problems/ hesitation in finding the right word but I’ve a feeling that this might be partly to do with advancing years (at 70) and partly MS which I’ve had for 18 years. I’m no medic but I think that if I was you I would monitor your symptoms and keep a record

Hi SunnieTikka
With regard to your eyes, have you seen an Optician and had a scan of the retina/optic nerve? If not, I would say get this done asap.
