I understand people are particularly sensitive at the moment given the Governments inhumane policy concerning welfare, but we do have members working for the DWP and they generally tend to offer good, well informed advice, and that can be very useful.
Obviously, they do not wish to be identified and choose to remain anonymous, which seems reasonable enough.
