Hi everyone! I’ve been living with diabetes since 2022. Managing this condition has been a journey with its share of challenges and learning experiences. My diabetes is Type 2, and I’ve learned how crucial it is to stay on top of my blood sugar levels, medications, and diet. I’ve adjusted my lifestyle over the years and found what works best for me, but I’m always open to new ideas and advice.
I have Type 2 in the family and am keen to avoid going down that route, so I pay careful attention to these things too. I have found Prof G’s advice on MS and nutrition helpful for me: if a way of eating is good both for MS and for metabolic and general health, then hurrah for that. And I do feel it does me good.
