On the everyday forum, I’ve just read about someone having difficulty getting a puncture repaired on his electric wheelchair.
(Millar; Electric Wheelchair.) This is in total contrast to the service I’ve just received from the suppliers of my chair. The day before travelling to Merseyside, I ran over the charger with my indoor chair. It took one email to Folding products for disabled people and there was a new charger waiting for me at my dad’s house. No charge!
It’s not a miracle, it’s just good old fashioned customer service. So good I had to share it. Now to pick out a horse; I doubt that’ll go as well.
