It has to be said that as a newbie to the jabs they have been fine, except for the hip ones when on my own, due to the number of out of bounds areas because of stretch marks.
I got the copaxone nurse to draw on me where it was safe to jab,we took a photo,and standing infront of the mirror with my photo to refer to it was a piece of cake.
The photo is well hidden I must add for fear of causing heart failure should some unsuspecting person come across it.
If others have the same difficulty I would highly recommend trying it.
