Hi everyone On visiting the pain clinic the other day and mentioning that my back pain and hug are worse when I’ve been on the computer and I know i should not stay on too long. She advised me that I could down load something called a Cool timer. You can set it for however many hours or minutes you want and choose what sound that you want to alert you. I have chosen a bugle. It made me jump yesterday when it came on but at least it works. Thought others might appreciate this little tool. Wendy x
