My son has made me a air cooler today from an old cool box. Absolutely brilliant hopefully some sleep tonight!!! So easy to make just found it on YouTube cost about £10.00 for the bits and I am now sat in front of it cooling down.

Brilliant. I just looked at the YouTube vid. I just have one problem, my OH isn’t much cop at DIY and we’d need to buy a load of the tools to do the job. Might be cheaper to just buy an air conditioner, unless you lend your son out to worthy causes?

Mm might not be quite near enough, Sussex. Shame. Still, my house doesn’t get too hot most of the time.
