Well yesterday my sis carer resigned. Not as sister, you can`t do that, can you?
No, as my carer.
So now I have put all my eggs in one basket with the very famous by now Bev.
You know, the Bev you all wanted a clone of until I told you she wasnt perfect.
She`s honest, funny, hard working, but perfect no…almost!
Sis resigned as she will be 70 this year, has had the mother of all chest infections this winter and feels she wants more time to rest/enjoy her dotage!!!
Weve had 5.5 absolutely fab years of fun, holidays, shower frolics and times when shes had me aching with laughter when she dressed up as Mrs Overall and the waitress from 2 Soups. And then there was Esmeralda, the scary ragdoll she put in my bed in the Blackpool hotel. I wasnt as frightened as she hoped, I was more interested in the leopard print nylon nightie Esme had on. I wanted it…it didnt fit!!!
Im now on the look out for a new carer. Scary times, wondering whos gonna see me in the altogether next!
