So some of you may remember my dilemma about whether to stay on or come off the Tysabri. I came off it in the end.
My last Tys was at the end of Nov and it takes 3 months to leave your system so I’ll be completely Tys free by next week. Around 1-2 weeks ago I started having problems with my right eye. It feels like I’m constantly having to battle to keep it open and like I’m winking with it near constantly. Then today there also seems to be a change in sensation around the eye and into the cheek area.
Now all of these things are really quite subtle. It’s not like its an obvious relapse, at least not at the moment. But I do think there’s a difference. That said, I’m also full of a cold, which of course could account for the cheek sensation albeit it doesn’t feel like a ‘full’ sensation, nor is it really in the right place. But all the same.
So I was just wondering if anyone could identify with these symptoms, and whether people thought this was/wasn’t likely to be a relapse.
