I use to excerisie allot before and would like to know if someone can recommend a good bike at home to reduce my belly and build up my body shape well.

I tend to use the ones you use sitting in a chair as it’s what I used for physio after fracture dislocated ankle a couple of years ago. I good days I use a walking plate, other days I sit down and pedal and do some weights to try and maintain some fitness. I brought them of amazon, have to say they have helped me to regain mobility after a series of relapses. Good luck and I hope this helps you.

Tbh with you it was just a cheap one from Amazon to aid with the physio on gaining full function of my ankle.
