Battery air cushions

For lightweight people who are unable to move their body,what cushions do they use when travelling on a car seat? The only comfortable one we have found is no longer supplied (Huntley) The air cushion plugged into the mains electric is still available but not the battery pack version. Any ideas please. There must be paralysed people as well as those with MS in this predicament
