hi all , ive been using the avonex pen now for 6 mths, but sometimes im suffering with leg spasms sat/sun mornings after injecting fri eve, im sure the spasms make my legs worse than normal? what is normal!!! anyone exspeariance these symptoms? Tony…
I’ve had MS for 13+ yrs and as long as I can remember I’ve had leg spasms but I haven’t had avonex and my doctor’s relation has MS - he does not know what MS is and is pretty sure that he may get it. The only ‘calmer’ is sometimes ‘relaxation’ and I use ‘audio tapes’ of someone ‘speaking’ but it doesn’t always work and I have to be in a relaxed mood. Unfortunately, this does not always work and I have to be in the right ‘mood’. Good luck anyway.
