So assuming this is Geordie’s point, is the beef not necessarily with being asked about continence, but with Atos not being qualified to make a judgement on any question on the form, let alone this one? If so, then I wholeheartedly agree with that. I still think it’s right that we’re asked about how continence issues affect us, but yes, I think any decision should be informed by what our own doctors say, who know us &our conditions, rather than someone who is forced to meet quotas.
I don’t anyone has missed the point you have made, they have just warned you about the result of such an action…in my view you are just playing into thier hands, for them you are manner from heaven…but if you wish to make a stand then good luck to you, you will need it.
There are so many area’s around MS that can be deemed invasive when we are asked about them, but sadly we have to swollow pride & be prepared to talk about it the way we would about any area that affects our health & wellbeing.
