After physio

Hi, I had first physio today after referral from spinal clinic; I wanted to write about it because it was positive. I had a full assessment, various reflex, strength, balance tests, and able to give a good history as some things are new or increased. Some tests Were positive/good outcome, some we’re negative. The physio said my nervous system was on “red alert” at the moment, hypersensitive. I am very stiff in upper muscles with on/off pain he said may be due to myelin damage? He is passing all info to specialist I saw originally at spine service, and seeing me again after MRI results and will work with me to keep movement going. He really listened and at least I’ve more info tests documented before/ if neuro referral is done. Thanks.
