As anybody with PPMS had a Baclofen pump 'intrathecal baclofen ( Lioresal, Lyflex )
fitted ? And if they did, did they gain anything from this procedure ?

Hi Kevin, I haven’t but I’m sure I’ve read on here that somebody had one fitted. Wait and see… if no response try Everyday Living.
