Hi,
I have noticed recently that I an numb when I go for a wee and also that I have to push and force it out. I have the opposite problem when with my partner though, I have pain but have had clear results from tests done.

Burning can be helped with neuropathic painkillers, but I’m afraid there’s nothing for numbness. If you have any feeling left, it might be worth asking your GP to try viagra or an equivalent. It can enlarge the important parts and so make it easier to feel something. Rather disgustingly, most GPs will not prescribe viagra for women, but it can help women with MS so is worth a shot. Please don’t be too embarrassed to ask - there is absolutely nothing a GP hasn’t heard before!
